All products are shipped from our warehouse situated in the heart of Los Angeles. And the team at Divine Botanicals endeavors to make the delivery process as smooth as possible and in minimum time.
Shipping Methods
We have chosen USPS, FedEx and UPS as our premier shipment partners to deliver the parcel at your provided address. The rest we leave it upon our customers to decide on the most suitable carrier from amongst the three.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is absolutely free of charge for domestic orders above $50.
For orders below $50, the charges will be automatically calculated, displayed in your shopping cart and added to the final invoice after you checkout.
The costs will be based on:
- Weight of the Parcel
- Your Chosen Shipping Carrier
- Your Delivery Location
Shipment Duration
Once you place an order, kindly allow us a day for processing. Once the parcel is ready to roll out, it can further take 1-3 working days before it gets delivered at your address. The duration really depends on your selected mode of shipment (regular priority or express). Also, kindly note that we dispatch items Monday to Friday (year-round with the exception of public holidays). So, if you happen to place an order on Friday, it will be processed the following working day.
Online Order Status
To help our customers conveniently trace the status of any shipping package, be it domestic or International, we would be providing a Tracking Number via a Confirmation Email.
The customers can then easily use it to inquire the whereabouts of their parcel- directly from the shipper’s site or helpline number, once it has been dispatched from our end.
Shipping Restricted Places
Unfortunately, we cannot ship our products to any country, state, city or county where Kratom or CBD is illegalized. These include Alabama, Arkansas, Union County in MS, Indiana, Rhode Island, Jerseyville in IL, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County in Florida, San Diego and Oceanside in the USA to name a few.
International Shipping
We carry out International shipping outside of USA via USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or Express EMS (3-5 business days). International customers who wish to get their hands on our products can choose their most preferred shipping mode. Again, Charges (that will be displayed on check out) are subject to the weight, the destination and the carrier. Also, it is binding upon the buyer to get information on the CBD and Kratom laws in their country before placing an order. Also, there might be a delay in the delivery of packages are held up in customs.
Lastly, we are strictly against delivering our products in Islamic countries, or anywhere CBD is criminalized.
